Project overview
The overview of all projects: as a Kanban board or a list, with filters and stages.
Under Projects you'll find the overview of all your projects in Furo. A project stands for a site or a customer and bundles its analyses, meaning the individual sizings. Each project additionally has a stage with which you track it through your pipeline. You start a new project via New Project.

Kanban or list
The same projects can be displayed in two views. You switch at the top right; Furo remembers your choice.
- Kanban (default): all projects as a board, sorted into columns by stage. Each column shows the number of its projects at the top.
- List: the same projects one below the other, each with name, address, number of analyses, user and stage.
Stages
Every project runs through a sales and planning stage: In Design, Proposal, Detail Planning and Won or Lost. Projects that are no longer active you file under Archived.
You change a project's stage:
- in the List via the stage field at the right-hand edge of the project,
- in the Kanban by drag-and-drop into another column.
Searching and filtering
The same tools are available in both views; by default all projects are visible (All users, All phases).
- Search: finds projects by their name.
- By user: shows the projects of selected users of your company, several at once as well. Your own projects are marked with "You".
- By stage: shows only projects in the selected stages (In Design, Proposal, Detail Planning, Won, Lost, Archived), several at once as well.
Opening a project
A click on a project opens the table of its analyses. By default you see Name, Created At, Created By and Status (draft, pending or completed, for instance).
You can move the divider between the project list and the analyses with the mouse — that way you give more room to the side you're working on. With long project names you simply drag the list wider. Furo remembers the split for your next visit; a double-click on the divider resets it.
Via Columns you show and hide further key figures:
- Analysis Type
- Feed-in Price
- Electricity Price
- kWh and kW: capacity and power of the battery
- Amortization
- Savings
- Optimization Runs: the operating modes calculated per analysis, such as PS (peak shaving), EVO (self-consumption optimization), APS (atypical grid usage) or FLEX (flexibility marketing)
